Sri Dalada Maligawa ( Temple of Tooth) in Kandy Sri Lanka

 Sri Dalada Maligawa is located in Kandy , Central Province in Sri Lanka .  Mostly people known as english Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic  . That Bhuddhist temple is in the Royal palace complex of former Kindom of Kandy . Since ancient Times. Kandy is the last Kingdom of sri lanka .  Sri dalada maligawa is a worl renowned place of where the left canie tooth of Gauthama Buddha is enrished .  In 1988 UNESCO named it as a World Heritage . Everyday locals and tourists fro all over the world come to worship and see the Sri lankan's historical culture , excelent architecture . 

According to the legend , after Maha Parinirwanaya of Gauthama Buddha Tooth Relic was preserved King kalinga smugled to the Sri lanka by Prince Dantha and His Wife Princess Hemamala on the instructions of her father King Guhasiva . She hid the Relin in her hair on the way to sri lanka .
