 The Sri Lanka Air Force Museum in Ratmalana is the country's only national museum dedicated to aviation. Medirigiriya Wata Dageya in sri lanka


 Another one of  histirical place is Medirigiriya Wata Dageya  . Medirigiriya town located in Polonnaruwa District in North Central Province Sri Lanka . In this Area we can see more religius buildings like smaller stupa , included with artworks such as Lord Buddha  , architectural structures . ancient ruins . This building is actually part of a large monastic complex of brick and stone monuments dating back to the Anuradhapura period, between the First and Second Centuries AD, and added to by later rulers.

According to the historical reports this was built during the reign of King Devanampiya Tissa in the 3rd century BC.The town is home to an ancient Buddhist monastery complex, which dates back to the 3rd century BC. This complex is a testimony to the rich cultural heritage of Sri Lanka, and has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
